TERMS & CONDITIONS – WIN a $50 Voucher

  1. General
    • The promoter is Colliers International (WA) Real Estate Management, A.B.N No 26 791 928 513 as legal representatives of participating shopping centres.
  1. Promotional Period
    • Competition will commence 9:00am (AWST) Thursday 28 March 2019 and concludes at Midnight (AWST) Thursday 11 April 2019.
    • Five (5) winners will be drawn and notified on Friday 12 April 2019.
  1. Method of Promotion
    • Complete the ‘Shopper Survey’ online; chose to opt in and Enter the draw; supply an email address and requested personal details to be able and considered as entering the draw.
    • Entry of promotion is open to any individual who is a permanent resident of Western Australia and who is over the age of 18 years old at time of entry.
    • Individuals may not enter the competition more than once
  1. Prize details:
    • Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) prize pack of a $50 shopping centre voucher, at the conclusion of the promotion.
    • One (1) voucher will be awarded to each of five (5) winners from the participating shopping centre.
    • The prize is to be accepted in good faith and will comply with regular rules of use.
    • The competition is not open to retailers, staff or any affiliates with centre management, property owners or the retail centre.
    • The total prize pack is valued at $250.00 Australian Dollars
    • The prize will be sent by registered post, via Australia Post.
  1. Indemnity & Disclaimer
    • It is a condition of entry that entrants must comply with all the conditions of use of prize.
    • Additional expenses incurred as a  result  of  accepting  this  prize  are  the  redeemer’s  responsibility,  Colliers International (WA) , property owners  or  its  affiliates  accepts  no  liability  or  responsibility  in respect of the same or for any loss or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize.
    • The promoter will take no responsibility for lost or damaged entries.
  1. Reserved Rights
    • Colliers International (WA) reserves the right to exclude any person from this promotion for any reason whatsoever.
    • In all matters, all decisions of Colliers International (WA) will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.
    • If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Colliers International (WA) which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Colliers International (WA) reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and has the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion entirely.

    • Entry details including name, address, email address and contact number are required upon entering the competition.
